Second Date is Henry Birkbeck, a London-based producer who generally operates at the slower end of the dance register.

Having lived in New York + Paris while growing up, he draws influence from a range of sources on both sides of the Atlantic. His production places emphasis on intricate beats, warm bass, poppy vocals & arpeggiating piano.

Second Date originals have been released on Parisian label deBonton, & the forthcoming Hotel Costes compilation + more to come. So far he has remixed Bon Iver, Thieves Like Us, The Magician, Black Strobe & Gobble Gobble to name a few.
