As a band celebrated for creating fearlessly innovative music, PVT are excited to be entering into a brand new stage with the announcement of the 1st single from their upcoming 4th htudio album, new label signings, + world tours.

PVT’s new album is to be titled Homosapien, a powerful body of work built upon the concept of the human condition. It’s first single, “Nightfall”, stays true to their driving impulse to create new, genre-defying music. While incorporating throbbing vintage drum machines & found-sound samples, we see vocals take on a greater importance than ever before. “Nightfall” will be released digitally October 23rd in N. America + the rest of the world on October 22nd.

Adding to the momentum taking shape in the lead up to the release of Homosapien is the wonderful news that PVT have signed on with the highly respected labels Create/Control (ANZ) + Felte (ROW ex. France). Felte recently released the self-titled album by Brooklyn-based band ERAAS.

PVT are also thrilled to announce that they will be adding new shows to their intense world touring schedule, joining Gotye & Bloc Party for a selection of their European dates + playing headline shows in UK & Europe this November. They are set to perform their new material for the 1st time internationally including the recently leaked opening track from the album, entitled “Shiver”. PVT has a handful of remaining US tour dates with Menomena as well, check them all out after the streams.
